BLANKET ORDERS

Fall River Manufacturing will work with our distributor partners on volume business to produce product and arrange scheduled deliveries over time. This provides the distributor a fixed price, which avoids market driven price fluctuations based on material. Short lead-times after the initial production run allows for reduced stock levels, increased inventory turns and improved cash flow.

STOCK AND RELEASE

Fall River Manufacturing will work on a long term volume commitment with a distributor partner to produce inventory and hold stock ahead of a known release schedule. This allows for short lead-times when the OEM’s schedule is not as predictable. Once again, this can be used to firm price levels,  reduce inventory, and improve cash flow in addition to adding the flexibility some OEM’s demand.

DIRECT SHIPMENTS

Fall River Manufacturing will arrange to direct ship your parts to the end customer or secondary service company when requested at time of order.

COMPLETE PARTS

Fall River Manufacturing has partnered with vendors to offer complete parts, even when outside services are required. We will also ship parts to a secondary vendor if the customer is handling additional operations on their own.

EXPRESS DELIVERY PROGRAMS

Fall River Manufacturing offers an express delivery program – product manufactured and shipped within 10 business days! This is offered on a case by case basis –
ask your salesperson for more details.

PACKAGING AND BAR CODING

Fall River Manufacturing packages all product in plain corrugated boxes proudly stamped “Made in USA”. We use non-branded boxes with the goal of reducing our
customers repackaging costs. Bar Code labelling is available upon request.

CERTIFICATE OF COMPLIANCE AND RAW MATERIAL CERTIFICATION

Fall River Manufacturing offers these with your initial shipment upon request at no charge. Request after the fact and additional copies may incur a charge.

PPAP CERTIFICATIONS

Fall River Manufacturing offers up to PPAP level 3 certifications for a fee.  The request must be made at time of the initial inquiry.
